The purpose of our programs is to provide an environment, guidance, knowledge and resources for the participants to experience inner peace and oneness, to develop themselves physically, mentally and spiritually, and to make a difference in their world.

Thursdays, 6-7:30 pm and Saturdays, 5-6:30 pm

Dharmacakra (weekly group meditation)
For practitioners having attended a course or received personal meditation instructions
